Prophetic Dream: ‘Foundations When The Rains Arrive’

Dream Vision September 23, 2024 – ‘Foundations When The Rains Arrive’

 

 

In this dream it seemed to be early morning just before sunrise but there was some light.  It may have been afternoon or evening but it was hard to tell because it was pouring down rain and people seemed to be in a panic.  Roads were flooding and cars were getting stuck everywhere.  I was by myself and driving fast and saw many stopped at a fuel station putting fuel in their tanks in a panic.  Some seemed not to be able to get any.  I remember I kept going feeling as though I was fleeing something -though what, I was not shown, just that I needed to go and go quickly.  Few were driving along side of me.  It seemed like even my car was losing speed when suddenly I felt like I was removed or plucked from the situation.  That was the end of the dream.

 

My interpretation of this dream was that the rain and floods represented the coming judgements.  The cars getting stuck may represent empty spiritual vessels without oil and the reason many were stopping at the fuel station was to fill up on oil but there was little/none to be had or they could not get it fast enough (too late).  I believe this may represent the parable of the foolish virgins Jesus spoke of;

 

 

Matthew 25:1-13 (AMP);

 

“Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. ² Five of them were foolish [thoughtless, silly, and careless], and five were wise [far-sighted, practical, and sensible]. ³ For when the foolish took their lamps, they did not take any [extra] oil with them, ⁴ but the wise took flasks of oil along with their lamps. ⁵ Now while the bridegroom was delayed, they all began to nod off, and they fell asleep. ⁶ But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Look! The bridegroom [is coming]! Go out to meet him.’ ⁷ Then all those virgins got up and put their own lamps in order [trimmed the wicks and added oil and lit them]. ⁸ But the foolish virgins said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’ ⁹ But the wise replied, ‘No, otherwise there will not be enough for us and for you, too; go instead to the dealers and buy oil for yourselves.’ ¹⁰ But while they were going away to buy oil, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut and locked. ¹¹ Later the others also came, and said, ‘Lord, Lord, open [the door] for us.’ ¹² But He replied, ‘I assure you and most solemnly say to you, I do not know you [we have no relationship].’ ¹³ Therefore, be on the alert [be prepared and ready], for you do not know the day nor the hour [when the Son of Man will come].

 

 

The flood in the dream, I believe, represents the two foundations Jesus spoke of in Matthew 7:24-29 (AMP);

 

²⁴ “So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, will be like a wise man [a far-sighted, practical, and sensible man] who built his house on the rock. ²⁵ And the rain fell, and the floods and torrents came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. ²⁶ And everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do them, will be like a foolish (stupid) man who built his house on the sand. ²⁷ And the rain fell, and the floods and torrents came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell—and great and complete was its fall.”

 

²⁸ When Jesus had finished [speaking] these words [on the mountain], the crowds were astonished and overwhelmed at His teaching; ²⁹ for He was teaching them as one who had authority [to teach entirely of His own volition], and not as their scribes [who relied on others to confirm their authority].

 

 

The flood and the plucking also represents that God can and He will rescue the Godly from the hour of trial just as He did with His servant David (those who abide in Him) as we read in 2 Samuel 22;

 

 

2 Samuel 22:1-7, 17, 32 (AMP)

 

 

David spoke the words of this song to the Lord when the Lord rescued him from the hands of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. ² He said:

 

 

 

¹⁷  “He sent from above, He took me;
He drew me out of great waters.

 

 

³²  “For who is God, besides the Lord?
And who is a rock, besides our God?

 

 

Revelation 3:10 (AMP)

 

¹⁰ Because you have kept the word of My endurance [My command to persevere], I will keep you [safe] from the hour of trial, that hour which is about to come on the whole [inhabited] world, to test those who live on the earth

 

 

Psalm 69:1-2, 13-16 (AMP_

 

Save me, O God,
For the waters have threatened my life [they have come up to my neck].

 

²  I have sunk in deep mire, where there is no foothold;
I have come into deep waters, where a flood overwhelms me.

 

 

 

 

 

Some will very much be in the world when the rain comes (judgment) and will be caught unawares.  This dream was not indicative of ‘the rapture.’   It does convey God’s promise of 2 Peter 2:9.  And I make mention of this because once again, the rapture people are running around setting false dates.  I do believe the Lord gathers us but that is not yet.  Anyone saying there is a pre-tribulation rapture doesn’t know what Jesus said in Matthew 24.  What He will do is separate the Godly from the Ungodly and it is for this very reason I spoke to all of this, specifically the abiding because what the Lord has revealed to me is there are many saying they are His but they are not or they are very much apostate.  In this dream I do believe this was also a possible indicator of the wheat vs the tares and like I said in the podcast, many have been going through that refining ahead of time.  The floods, although they could be literal, could also mean floods of destruction.  It doesn’t necessarily represent the way things will be destroyed in the times to come because we know when Jesus spoke of the wheat and the tares that the weeds were hewn into the fire (punishment and judgment).  

 

 

Isaiah 59:18-19 (AMP)

 

¹⁸ As their deeds deserve, so He will repay:
Wrath to His adversaries, retribution to His enemies;
To the islands and coastlands He will repay.

 

¹⁹  So they will fear the name of the Lord from the west
And His glory from the rising of the sun.
For He will come in like a narrow, rushing stream
Which the breath of the Lord drives [overwhelming the enemy].

 

 

Jeremiah 17:10 also applies here as it pertains to Isaiah 59:18.

 

 

Matthew 13:28-30 (AMP)

 

²⁸ He replied to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants asked him, ‘Then do you want us to go and pull them out?’ ²⁹ But he said, ‘No; because as you pull out the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. ³⁰ Let them grow together until the harvest; and at harvest time I will tell the reapers, “First gather the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; but gather the wheat into my barn.”’”

 

Masks are coming off.  That harvest begins soon or is beginning.  Many were not ready in the dream and they were taken in the coming calamities.  I believe this dream also represents what Jesus told us would happen just before His return in Matthew 24:36-41;

 

³⁶ “But of that [exact] day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son [in His humanity], but the Father alone. ³⁷ For the coming of the Son of Man (the Messiah) will be just like the days of Noah. ³⁸ For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the [very] day when Noah entered the ark, ³⁹ and they did not know or understand until the flood came and swept them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be [unexpected judgment]. ⁴⁰ At that time two men will be in the field; one will be taken [for judgment] and one will be left. ⁴¹ Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken [for judgment] and one will be left.

 

 

Time is running short.  The Lord desires we (His true children) be prepared.  We need to be remaining in His presence.  But even as the rains are beginning to arrive (Hurricane Helene, among others) many continue to have normalcy bias.  Something was different about this storm and you’ll notice the destruction associated with it -not just in Florida, but other states -particularly the ‘flooding.’   And you will notice even the media is calling it ‘biblical’ or apocalyptic.  I mention none of this out of a lack of compassion as it’s horrible what’s going on but it also demonstrates how many didn’t take the warnings seriously beforehand and as a result, the consequences for some were grave -some lost their lives.  This does not mean we need to be in fear, but prepare.  Draw into the secret place.  Abide.  -Abide under the shelter of the most high.  It is for this reason I shared this dream as part of the ‘Stripping Off The Weights’ series, particularly in the second half/part and how it rains on the just and unjust alike God will save the righteous.

 

As I noted in the podcast, this dream also reminds me of another dream I had a few years ago.  I discerned this as following Jesus from one side of something to another (in the dream the obstacle was across a set of railroad tracks) to the other side before there was a division and how many chose to stay behind out of comfort, fear, pride and/or even worldly pursuits or lusts, rather than embrace the Lord and His leading.  All of this was covered in the podcast.  The race, the preparations, the sanctification, the comparison to abiding vs an apostate faith and so on. 

 

After the podcast I have further reflected on whether this may even pertain to the ‘Slanted Roadway’ dream (see here) where many were speeding along this crooked slanted highway with glee, completely unaware that the overpass ahead was unfinished and that it would lead to death (spiritual death) if the wide crooked road was stayed on even though there were exit ramps to get off this slanted roadway (they had the choice that was presented to them) before reaching the unfinished overpass.  In that dream, what I was also shown was many who are sleeping will try to drag others with them but that God is faithful and will watch over those who are His.  In the earlier two dreams you will note that both have to do with a crossing over but something being unfinished or attention to the matter refused by many, but in all three, the end outcome wasn’t good for those who chose the easy or ignorant (broad) path. 

 

On this point, Matthew 7:13-14 (AMP) also comes into reflection; 

 

¹³ “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad and easy to travel is the path that leads the way to destruction and eternal loss, and there are many who enter through it. ¹⁴ But small is the gate and narrow and difficult to travel is the path that leads the way to [everlasting] life, and there are few who find it.

 

 

Let also Proverbs 1 also speaks entirely to wisdom here so that we make sure to wear it around our neck at all times.  It’s definitely not time to be sleeping.  This entry has been added to the Dreams page, albeit explained in a much more abbreviated form.

 

 

 

 

Now where this dream is concerned I had it on 9-23/9-24, BEFORE Helene hit the gulf coast and as I stated in the podcast, I could feel something was different but I had no idea it would be THIS bad but then I’m not honestly all that surprised.  Separately, my personal take on what we just saw happen in Florida as well as in several other states is a warning of things to come.  I believe it’s a warning for people to flee to higher ground and a call for repentance.  Ladies and Gentleman, I lived in Florida from 1993 to 2006.  I grew up there for the most part including into my early adult-hood and I was influenced by the lifestyle there for years.  Some of this I have spoken to before.  There is a lot of sin (sexual debauchery, drunkeness, etc.) that goes on there and there is a lot of sin that is rampant in this country as a whole, not just there.   But when I lived there and used to go down to the party district directly east of Tampa in my early 20’s, there were constantly street preachers standing outside the clubs telling everyone to repent and find Jesus.  At the time because I was backslidden, of course myself and my friends would just dismiss and ignore them.  But you know what?  They were right.  -And this was back in 2002-2005 and it’s been going on much longer than that, so it goes to show the level of mercy the Lord has and how He really has been patient for many’s sake.  In the last two years, Miami has now been under water twice, and now Tampa -in addition to the destruction we saw with Hurricane Ian in Punta Gorda back in 2022.  This never happened when I lived there.  Were there hurricanes?  Yes.  Was there was occasional flooding in low lying areas?  Yes.

 

But nothing ever to this degree, this often, and nothing was ever buried in six feet of sand in some places that I recall.

 

There have always been hurricanes, but not as often, nor to this level of destruction where things were just straight up buried.  Many of course, will simply dismiss this as climate change.  And that’s what the PWTB will do to keep everyone distracted while the judgments arrive.  Even if you believe that, passing more taxes and regulations would not do any immediate good except line the elite’s pockets more and more while making your life more inconvenient.  I find it interesting how they try to tell western nations we are the cause while many second and third world nations continue to pollute as much as they want while building throw away items.  So the bottom line is it would make little to no difference.   In all likeliness, this storm was generated or at the least, some sort of weather warfare and while God can allow things to judge the ungodly or bring about repentance, He does not want His children to perish from lack of knowledge and He most certainly wants those who are truly His to be near to Him.

 

 

This is all happening for a reason and it’s biblical.  In Luke 21:25-26, Jesus even said before His return; 

 

²⁵ And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

 

²⁶ Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

 

 

So recently, when I saw certain beaches buried in feet of sand and saw entire communities under water that didn’t even take a direct hit from this storm (i.e. the storm was 90 miles offshore), this is equal to what we have heard where it comes to past civilizations that were buried as well.  Many have had prophetic dreams of a Tsunami or a tidal-wave hitting some of these same areas.  So I view it as a warning and a wake up call to not only repent but get out.  The insurance industry and taxes alike there are already so high so the mercy here is that many will reconsider trying to rebuild and leave.  As these happen more and more you are going to see more insurance industries go bankrupt, undergo consolidation or insolvency and then eventually the government will step in as will private investment (i.e. blackrock) firms and they too eventually, will not be able to fund recovery as the costs will be too great.  Many have already dumped their private plans because they can’t afford them anymore.  Many are being told their plans are being cancelled simply because they live in these areas.  Events like this and others could even be what brings about a financial collapse given the debt there already is (and it’s greater than most even realize).  Now on top of this we hear rumors of this ‘port-strike’ which will send even more ripple effects down the pike in the supply line as well as the economy.  Even if this is averted, it does not make up for what has already taken place which will still trickle down.

 

Add a few disasters and you have a perfect storm.  The damage to infrastructure is already very great.  Fox Weather, for those who have not seen it, has rolling coverage of what’s going on.  Some politicians are already on the news after what we have seen happening in not only Florida, but Georgia, Tennessee, North and South Carolina and so on saying it may be difficult to find funding.  Even if they do, they will just put more spending in any bill for wasteful things that do little to nothing to help those who actually suffered.  The guy on main street always gets the crumbs if anything at all and anything they do get usually comes with ‘strings attached.’   After all, like Rahm Emmanuel once said, “You never want a serious crisis go to waste.  And what I mean by that is it’s an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before.”  And we know this because it’s happened before and as a matter of fact it seems we have heard this before.  Interesting how these events seem to happen like clockwork and then when they do, low and behold, you then have the ‘fact-checkers’ trying to deny there was a plan to begin with when it’s on record that it’s in the UN’s own 2030 agenda documents which may be found on line.  Do you not think there’s a reason they want to control everything you see and hear under the guise of combatting misinformation?  It’s a demonic set-up and they will sell it to you under the guise of keeping you safe.

 

All the more reason EVERYONE needs to have a 1:1 relationship with Jesus because the day will come where the information will not always be available.  In that day, you will need to have discernment from the Lord as to which direction to go.  This is again why many of you are facing faith trials to get you ready for what’s ahead and many will be having to make tough decisions to walk away from everything.

 

So prayers up everyone as well as shields up because water borne illnesses (pestilence) could also come out of this.  This ALL highlights the importance to be drawing near to the Lord so as to make wise decisions.  Do not think this will not be exploited in one way or another.  And my suggestion for anyone who may be involved in this or know someone who is, is that you speak to them and that you/they pray on everything and certainly do not just take whatever ‘solution’ is given.

 

And this is just one event.  What then happens if we suddenly had yet another storm (they say another one is forming) and/or a major earthquake on the west coast?  Interestingly enough, the government is already saying they cannot afford another disaster should another occur.   Right. Because they were too busy giving it all to Ukraine.  So that right there speaks volumes to everything I have spoken to and the reason for abiding all the more.  You want to be able to hear God’s small but mighty voice and you certainly do not want to be a slave for the sake of thinking that normalcy is going to return.  Remember, Jesus said, “For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.  For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?”  (Matthew 16:25-26)

 

An exodus will be taking place at some point from many areas.  I know at some point there will be one from California and other western states because I was shown three years ago that a major earthquake was coming to the west coast of America and lately there have been swarms and foreshocks.  It is my hope and prayer that many begin to see the writing on the wall because if we want to get down to the nitty gritty, that’s where we’re really at and if we aren’t there (I believe we are), we very soon will be.  It is important to understand this now because there will not always be someone there to warn you, but the Lord will never fail you if you are abiding in Him.

 

Repent Church.  Repent America.  Come away from Belial.  Come away from Baal (the idols). 

 

Draw nigh to God and He will draw nigh to you.
